Situated within 2km of Cape Town International Airport, King Air Industria is a phased development with provision for some 280 000m2 of distribution, warehousing, showrooms, and offices. In collaboration with Atterbury Group property developers, Innovative Transport Solutions was involved in the full life cycle of the project, from land use/transport planning, service level agreements, public participation to detailed designs for external road upgrades, traffic signals and street lighting, including contract administration and site supervision.
