In collaboration with the City of Cape Town, Innovative Transport Solutions developed a congestion management strategy for Cape Town. The purpose was to develop and put in place a strategy to ensure that Cape Town’s overall transportation system functions optimally and acceptably during all hours of the day. Various road network scenarios were assessed and ranked to prioritise road projects and develop a medium-term implementation plan for the city.
